Terms of Sale:

All of our items are checked as closely as possible, however, we are human and do make mistakes. We will do everything possible to correct these as soon as we know about them. In the event that we have misrepresented an item we will give a full refund including shipping if the item is returned. We also pay for the return shipping fees. Refunds are as follows. A partial refund is issued immediately when complaint is recieved and verified. Final refund including return shipping is given when item has been recieved back at Tannybo Treasures. On some occasions we will not require a return but may require pictures. All request must be made with 3 days of recieving the item. Insurance: Insurance is included on all items shipped. In the event a Fedex package arrives damaged we will require three images of the damaged item including packaging. Please send to claims@tannybotreasures.com. If shipped through the USPS a 1.75 handleing fee is applied. If shipped through USPS and the item is damaged the buyer should take the damaged package to their local post office and file a claim.
