Insurance, shipping & handling in U.S. is FREE for most Wee Forest Folk orders.  Payment can be made with Paypal through eBay or you can call our 800 number to pay with Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We ship through UPS ground; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value. Shipping outside of the United States is additional. Auctions must be paid with in 10 days of ending. We do NOT offer Layaways on eBay items. For items that have shipping charges, we do combine shipping charges for multiple items purchased. Please wait to pay for your items until we send you an invoice to obtain the combined shipping charges.

Pick Ups: We do welcome pick ups at our store after the item has been purchased thru eBay. Please call or email to confirm the item is ready.

Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from The Mole Hole of San Clemente, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to The Mole Hole. Credit for the item will not be issued until we receive the item in its original condition in which it was received. We will not accept items that are returned without notice.  Damages caused in shipping must be reported to UPS and to The Mole Hole with in 3 days after the item is received. The Mole Hole will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.
