What is the condition of the selling item?

-         Most of the items that Fantastik-A-Deals has to offer you are the returns from major retailers. But some items can be Brand New. Please check item description for more information, or contact us via Ebay Messaging System for more information.

What is the reason of item being returned to the retailer?

-         Unfortunately we do not have an answer to that question. Every customer has his own motives for that action.

So, if that is a customer’s return, does it work?

-         We always check all merchandise for proper functionality. We also clean it and professionally pack it into the original (if present) box.

What is included with the auction?

-         Usually we have pictures of everything that comes with the offered item (unless it’s a BRAND NEW item that will prevent us from opening the carton.) If a certain part or item was not pictured, most likely it will not be included with the auction.

Do you ship internationally?

-         In some cases yes, and some no. Please check “Shipping and Payments” tab on the auction’s page for more information.

International Buyers - Please Note:

·     Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

Do you refund the original shipping cost if the item will be returned back?

Do you pay for return shipping?

-         NO. If you drive one day to your local Best Buy or Wal-Mart store to buy something and return it on the other day, do you ask anyone for reimbursement of gasoline? We don’t get to keep the money you pay for shipping. Carrier receives that money.

What other Payment Methods do you accept?

-         PAYPAL ONLY.

What if a shipment gets damaged during transit?

-         We are NOT responsible for any damaged shipments that might occur during transit. We strongly recommend buyers to purchase shipping insurance (optional) at the time of checking out. If you did purchase the shipping insurance and the package was damaged, let us know ASAP so we can submit a claim to the carrier and provide you with the claim number.

We strongly encourage buyers to purchase shipping insurance at the time of checking out. We are not responsible for any damages that might occur during transit. Upon receipt you MUST inspect the condition and contents and if there are any discrepancies you MUST contact us within 3 business days. It is SOLELY at the buyer’s discretion to submit any claims within 3 business days. Any claims submitted after will be disregarded.
