DESCRIPTION New With Tags Gorgeous BABY PHAT Beaded Handkerchief Dress Size 3X Great for Christmas Party's, Holiday Events or New Years Eve This is a Baby Phat version of Marilyn Monroe's famous dress, but with a little extra punch of Glam The waist band is made up of hundreds of tiny metallic beads in red, Bronze and Navy There is a little subtle black baby phat cat at the top on the back, So Cute!! MEASUREMENTS Top of shoulder seam to bottom hem of dress is 39.5 inches. Holding the tape at the seam under each arm and measuring accross the chest is approx. 24.5 inches (The dress has gathers so it wouldn't need to be filled out--it is also stretchy so it could expand further). Laid flat, the beaded waist measures 23.5 inches accross the front-the front part of the waist with the beads is not stretchy but the back of the waist is stretchy (fabric-Nylon and Spandex).
