This 8 channels Digital Video Audio Recorder is a PC based digital video/audio server and recorder that provides real time video/audio monitoring from multiple cameras. The system supports the advanced H.264/MPEG4 video compression technologies. Up to 8 channels of video are simultaneously captured, compressed and recorded in real time. The corresponding 4 audio channels are captured, compressed and recorded as well. The system also includes a network client for remote preview, recording, playback and server management through the LAN and Internet.

Package comes with a RS232 to RS485 Converter for your PTZ camera control locally or over the Internet. Simply connect your PTZ's RS485 port to this converter. Setup the COM port in the PCI capture card software platform. No other special tools required. Setup can be completed in minutes.
