Shipping Details
Free shipping applies to the continental US states only. I ship fast! You will find your package will be shipped the same or next business day after payment is received and cleared by PayPal. I also want the shipping costs incurred by you to be as reasonable as possible, but I want your package to arrive safely while remaining in the confines of reasonable shipping fees. I include delivery confirmation in my shipping costs. For increased security, I deliver your item directly to UPS or FedEx or the USPS. Please note, I cannot control delivery times once a package is in the possession of the carrier.
I combine shipping when items are paid for on one invoice. If you haven't already received a combined invoice, contact me for one. Certain restrictions apply. Total value of all items must be under $1200 and items must be purchased within 5 days of the first item. All items must be on one invoice. Please contact me with your intentions and wait for a combined invoice before paying.
Shipping Outside the States
Occasionally I will make an exception. Please contact me for a quote. Shipping outside the states could be expensive. I am a registered taxpaying business in the US and I cannot alter the customs forms to show a lesser value than you paid; nor can the item be checked as a gift. If you are not aware of your country's import tariff and value added tax (VAT) information, you may want to review it before you agree to accept my terms. The import and value added taxes (VAT) that your country imposes may be significant but they are not in my control, and they are charged to you upon delivery.
I ship USPS International Priority or Express Mail only using the actual cost based on an estimated weight. Shipping fees are invoiced separately. Please note, if I overestimate the weight of an item in my estimated shipping quote, I refund the difference. Transit times are not in my control.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of my business and the product I sell, all sales are final. However, if under extenuating circumstances, please contact me. If an exception is made and I agree to accept a return, shipping and associated shipping costs are not refundable. 10% restocking fee applies.
UNPAID ITEM POLICY
I realize that from time to time allowances need to be made for a for an unpaid item. Please note the following:
1 - I appreciate payment within 7 days.
2 - Under certain conditions, I may process a waiver for an Unpaid Item 10% of the final value fee of the item will be assessed. This is to cover the cost of the additional resources associated with the re-listing.
3 - Additionally I ask that a mutual agreement initiated by me to end the transaction favorably be first completed by you. This is to recover the Final Value Fee collected by the selling chanel platform.
Condition Details
Overstock ~ These garments are new and were never in a store. Overstock items were simply over-ordered by the retailer's buyers and never placed on a selling floor.
Store Stock - Manufactured as First Quality and were not sold/worn. They are Purchased as new through liquidation channels. They may have been on a store shelf and have been tried on or handled in the retail store for look and fit. They may have Clearance or Sale Pricing on the the tags but the interior tags will not be defaced. If any, I will mention any imperfections obtained from the retail environment to the best of my ability. Please review the photos and description carefully and make your selections appropriately.
Customer return ~ These items were purchased and returned to the retailer due to imperfection, damage, preference or individual sizing issue. Any imperfections will be noted to the best of my ability. They represent the greatest bargain to you as it may be possible to clean up, fix or repair these items to like new condition.
A note about colors other than black: Colors vary from monitor to monitor and eye to eye. Blues, reds, greens, pinks, corals etc. have many different shades, tones and hues. If you are looking for a particular shade for an exact match, please do not bid without actually seeing the exact shoe and color in a retail store. Thank you.
