            The developed products consist of a stainless steel wire form that is U.S. Register trademarked as K-CLIP® . It is a uniquely formed self clinching fastener that has two (2) fastening modes. One mode uses its spring release tension after compression to achieve a slip resistant pinch on smooth wire or cordage. The other mode has the K-CLIP® attached to itself; both form a closed loop. Our K-CLIP® is formed from type 302 spring temper stainless steel.

            Our injection molded HDPE/UV stabilized plastic hang tag is produced in an 8 cavity high quality steel mold. This tag is formed with a permanent 90° bend for visual detection from any point of view and is formed with 2 reinforced hang holes, one at either end.

            The developed products are produced by custom component suppliers, whose identity will only be made available to buyer!! This is an ongoing business that generally maintains approximately $25,000.00 of immediate saleable product with a bulk unpackaged component inventory of approximately 30,000 units each (K-CLIPS® & plastic hang tags).

            The U.S. Registered Trademark FENCE-FLAG® is a branded product promoted to the agricultural fence communities thru retail store and catalog distribution; that has in the past since 1994 made direct sales throughout the United States and internationally to Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan.

            Because of our products material composition and versatility for a variety of other applications, we believe our products would be a useful tool for industrial tagging as well as other tagging venues whether it is exposed to industrial atmospheres, immersed under water or any other environment where longevity is desired.
