This Nikon MH-21 quick charger for Nikon EN-EL4 and EN-EL4a Batteries.  I bough last year but I was used for back up with my Nikon D2Xs and D3.  This charger is still Excellent condition have some marks but still working perfect.  This item is Nikon MH-21 Quick Charger only. What you see at picture is what you get.
