The Designs I sell are in Digital format. You must own or have access to an embroidery machine and software in order to use my designs. Our fonts are not keyboard fonts. You will need the appropriate software to merge the letters together to make words. I do not sell sew-on or iron-on appliques.

Payments must be received within 5 days of auction ending. If payment is made with an e-check, the CD will not be mailed until pay pal has notified us that the transaction has cleared. This can take up to 5 business days.


All Cd's are mailed out within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment (M-F). Excluding holidays and weekends.

All designs that are paid for on the same invoice will receive combined shipping. If the invoice does not reflect the shipping discount please email me and I will send you an invoice with the discounted shipping charges.
