I use 80 lb card stock cover, thicker than 110 lb regular cardstock for the game tickets and Silver Scratch off Stickers.  I use xerox laser printer and these game tickets are contoured cut, not manually cut.  Size of the game ticket is approx 2.0 inches wide x 2.5 inches high. Great quality of stocks and workmanships are my goals.  Please give it a try as I have a lot of compliments on my products and workmanships. I make sure that everything is done to your liking.

Information required to process your order: (1) name of celebrant (as you want it to appear on the ticket), (2) date of event (3) type of event, (4) onesie color,  (5) select 2 images or your image/picture (image #1 is the winner and image#2 will be use for the non-winners, please specify that to your order) and (6) indicate number of winners. (7) and select fontstyle. Country Charm is the default if not selected. Please make sure you leave an open line between us, check your email constantly as this is crucial when I process a personalize item, just to avoid delay. Thank you.

Normally, within 2-3 days after receiving all the information required to process your order, excluding Sat. & Sun.   If you have a special request to really need this on a certain time, please email me first before ordering to see if I can accomodate your deadline. I've been good getting the orders out in a timely manner. If orders need time, I will be contacting you when to expect your order if this requires a little time to process. I also e-mail you the same day I ship your order. Your order will be shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS. It is crucial that you provide a good mailing address. I do not guaranteee item lost in the mail. There are no returns for personalized items unless there is typo error on my part. You will be notified via email at that time of shipping. Shipping cost includes the packaging materials & ebay & paypal fees, of course the post fees. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost. FIRST CLASS MAIL  normally takes 2-5 days or up to 11 days to deliver. If you order too close to your event and if you did not receive your order on time or before your event, please do not take it against the seller as this is beyond my control once it goes out for shipping.  My turnaround for Shipping & Handling is very reasonable and may take from 1-3 days depending on the size of your order. In additon, I include delivery confirmation on this listing, so you may track your order. Parcel Post: Order weighing over 13 ounces will be shipped parcel post, and this may take from 5 to 11 days. PRIORITY MAIL may take up to 2 to 3 days as stated, but USPS does not guarantee that it would deliver within 2-3 days. It may also take longer up to 11 days, seldom, but it happened.
