Payment

PayPal is our preferred payment method and we will only accept Payment from a Confirmed and Verified PayPal account. Payment is expected within 24 hours of sale.  We do accept Visa or Master Card at 800-256-5005.

International buyers outside of the UK and Canada must use a Credit Card over the phone only.

There is Absolutely NO SALES TAX unless you’re located in Michigan. Customers located in Michigan 
are subject to an 6% Sales Tax only on the cost of items, not shipping.

Shipping

All of our shipment are packaged and packed with care.  Our shipping department is open 6 days a week for 12 hours a day. 

This listing may include an extended handling time.   We will notify you immediately if the actual handling time exceeds the listed handling time.   If you are looking at an item that exceeds weight limitations or is over sized, we have arrangements with multiple freight companies to provide discounted freight fees.
 
We offer UPS as our preferred method of shipping.  International shipments are shipped via USPS International Express with full insurance and tracking.  Canadian shipments may be shipped with UPS standard to Canada unless specifically requested by the customer.  For your protection and ours, every Package we ship is insured through the respected Carrier Service

We will ship anywhere in the world with these approved payment methods.  With a confirmed and verified PayPal address, we will ship to Canada, or The United Kingdom with PayPal payment.   

All buyers outside of the USA, Canada, and the UK must pay with a credit card over the phone.

Please do not ask us to falsify the customs forms.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.  We may charge a 15% handling fee if the item is not defective.
