Please read carefully: 

1.  In general, I only push domain names to your account at the existing registrar.  In some cases, I may have taken recent action on a domain name (such as a change of contact info, moved it from one registrar, etc.) which means there could be up to a 60-day registrar lock on the domain name.  If that is the case, I may not even be ABLE to transfer it to a different registrar without waiting up to 60 days.  My preferred transfer method is to push to your account at the existing registrar, and then let you move it somewhere else on your own 60 days later if you do not like the existing registrar.  Please contact me before you bid if you absolutely HAVE to have it transferred to a different registrar.

2.  This domain name is currently registered with GoDaddy.com.  Buyer will need to set up a GoDaddy.com account if they do not already have one. It is free and takes about 2-3 minutes to set up.

3.  The FASTEST way to make the transaction happen is to have you enter your GoDaddy.com account name AND EMAIL ADDRESS WHILE paying via Paypal. 

4.  Unless specifically noted, the sale is for the domain name only WITHOUT any hosting or content. 

5.  Buyer is responsible for their own due diligence about the legal use of the name (in some cases, a domain name could be used for some uses without trademark infringement, but could not be used for others.  For example, if you owned "apple.com" you could probably advertise your apple farm, but not a computer company using that domain name.).

6.  I try very hard to make sure the precise spelling of the domain name is correct in the listing, and also to make sure I don't accidentally list a duplicate domain name, or list a domain name I already sold.  However, with the volume of domain names I am selling, it is possible I will make a mistake occasionally.  Buyer agrees that their only damages for any such mistakes I make is the actual money they paid me for the domain name.  In such cases, I will gladly refund the price paid.

7.  If the auction goes above $500, I am willing to use Escrow.com to help settle the transaction, but ONLY if the buyer pays the escrow fees.  Don't even ask about other escrow companies - I'm not aware of any other legitimate escrow companies out there tht are actually licensed to do escrows like this.  If the auction goes above $2000, I reserve the right to insist that the transaction be done through Escrow.com (in such cases, I will pay the escrow fees).

8.  Except where I have made a mistake in the listing, there are no refunds for domain names.  In the very rare situation where there is a dispute about ownership (they do arise), Buyer agrees that my sole liability is the amount that was actually paid in the auction for the domain name, and that any such liability exists for no more than 60 days after the close of the auction (ie:  you buy a domain name for $10.00 from me, spend $1,000,000 developing it, and then two years down the road someone sues you because they think they actually own the name or the domain - I have no liability in that dispute).
