• We only ship within the United States via USPS - please do not ask for another carrier such as UPS or FedEx.. Free shipping may not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or AFPO on large items - you will recieve a shipping discount but please contact me BEFORE bidding/buying.

• We reserve the right of not shipping to a PO BOX.

• All items ship with delivery confirmation. We will forward the confirmation number to your paypal email address however please note that it takes time for the USPS site to update. Often you may have your item before the tracking shows up on-line.

• Insurance is optional and available upon request. It is not included in free shipping unless stated in the auction description.

• If there is a problem with your item please contact me before you leave feedback or file any claim - We will work with you to resolve any issues.

• Lego Boxes - The boxes for all Lego items may show some shelf wear and/or sticker marks. If you are a collector who requires a mint box please contact me BEFORE bidding/buying. Box condition is not a cause for a return/refund/discount.

• Please do not email me asking to end an auction early or buy an item outside of ebay.

• Returns - Any problems or requests for return must be made within 2 days of recieveing your item. Lego items sold as new in box will not be accepted for return if they have been opened. Buyer pays all outbound and return shipping costs.
