Presented for auction is the rare Lionel 31922 Rare Snap-On Tool Diesel Freight Set.  This set is factory sealed and was made by Lionel in 2001 exclusively for Snap-On Tools in honor of its racing team featuring Doug Herbert.  The set includes a RS-3 diesel, one boxcar, a flatcar carrying a removable 18 wheeler, a caboose, track and  transformer    Neither authorized Lionel dealers nor any other retailers were ever able to sell this engine.  It is a sold out "uncataloged" item and is extremely rare.  This set comes with its original shipping carton.  To save further wear on the original shipping carton, at no additional cost to the buyer, I will construct another shipping carton around the original one.  Finally, with regard to shipping costs, while we charge a flat rate for shipping, if the actual shipping charges are more than one dollar less than the flat rate charges, a refund for the entire difference between the flat rate and the actual shipping charges will be made to the buyer. Also we do not charge anything for our time or materials for packing and handling.

Any item may be returned for any reason, within seven days of your receipt of the item, so long as it is returned in the same condition in which it was received.  You must contact me to arrange for the return.  If the return is due to some fault of mine, I will refund your purchase price, the original shipping charges, and the return shipping charges.  If you want to return the item for some other reason, not my fault, or you simply want to cancel the order, I will refund your purchase price, and the original shipping charges, but not the return shipping charge.  Also, such a return will be subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the item's value.  Returned item must be fully insured for return shipping.
