RATTLESNAKE LEATHER BACK QUIVER/TRADITIONAL ARCHERY

• Up for bid is this nice 6/7.oz hand made leather  back quiver ( left or right handed ). Quiver is approx. 221/2"  deep with a 3 x41/2 " ovel top. The strap will  adjust from 19" to 43" with three diamond shaped rattlesnake overlay. Quiver has a  tooling thought out.  The pocket is 9"x 5" x 11/2". See photos ................Vary nice *** I reuse the same listings on this quiver , so there may be a slite differents in color,antler buttoms and skin patterns but very little.***

   I have been receiving low detailed ratting scores from my overseas buyers in the shipping ratings. Once I ship out your items it's no longer in my hands but in the hands of Customs ether on this side or your side of the world.  I have been shipping world wide for almost 5 years and I cant control what happens in customs. I have had my items get to, lets say to Germany in 8-10 days and them again it has taken 33 days, all have been shipped with it 2-5 day time frame by me.

      Here is a clear example, I had a buyer in Germany get a quiver from me and I shipped with in 5 days it took 27 days to get to her she got another quiver from me and it got to germany in 12 days.

       So please keep this in mind, I always send you an email with the customs ID # once I ship and that is what you should be basing your ratings on and NOT the customs system.

  I clearly have in my listing the shipping time frame for my quivers. As a power Seller I get a discount on my seller fees set by eBay's  Detailed Seller Ratings % which save me $150.-200 and month. I have lost this discount lately because of my shipping ratings have fallen below there %. I have shipped all quivers inside this given time frame and I would like it very much if my buyers keep this time frame in mind.

     The cost of Everything has gone up, By me having a two week look ahead and a heavy work load I can order my materials in bulk and save 15% from my seller and cuts my shipping cost in half. I do all I can to keep my cost down so I can have a fair starting price in my listings. Every thing I do is all by hand and I work at it very diligently day after day, so if the shipping time is to long for you please don't buy one of my pieces

•                                                                                    MAIN BODY 
•   The main body is made with 6-7oz vegetable tan leather. I only use high quality oak leaf brand leather which is hand  selected for me form my suplier. There are very few imperfections but occasionally there are some brand marks and maybe a bug bite or two. This leather is semi-firm and will hold it's shape. The body of this quiver is hand rubbed with dye multible times to ensure a deep penetration of coloring, small minor scratches will not show up as easily by not being white in color. Leather is also hand rubbed and treated with two heavy coats of pure neats foot oil, this acts as a leather preservative and helps repel moisture and prevents leather from cracking. Each hide of leather that I buy can act differently, one may take dye and oils  different from the other therefore colors may very slightly from one quiver to the next.                                                                             
•                                                                       ACCESSORIE POCKET    
• The pockets are made of the same high quality vegetable tan oakleaf leather in 5-6oz weight and carry the same characteristics as the main body with the same trearment of oils and dyes. Pockets are reinforced at all four stress points with steel rivets.Adhesive is applied to the post before cap is set to maximize strength and durability of all rivets.  All pockets are stiched with a mechanicle stich machine using a lock stitch with #207 bonded nyoline thread. This thread is very strong,wheather resistent and will last for years. The inside stitching that is exposed to your broadheads has been  sealed with a leather bonding cement (glue).During construction you can see small beads of the glue coming from the front side of the stitching holes. This comjpletely seals the front and back stiching of the pocket making it almost impossinle for the stitching to come apart even if cut in multible places

•  Main body of quiver spline is stitched together with 1/8 inch latigo lacing. This is high quality , vey strong lace and being stitched at 1/2 inch increments  creates a very strong durable bond. The interior latigo stitching is covered with a 4-5oz suedge strip of leather. This strip is held in place by a heavy coating of bonding agent and is almost impossible to remove. The function of the strip of suedge leather is to protect your cross lacing from your broadheads, it creates a monolithic bond between the main body cross stitching and the suedge strip. You can literally cut every other cross stitch and stitching will remain in place and not come unravelled.
• Bottom plug consists of three layers of 8-9oz leather making it almost 1/2 inch thick and is topped off with 11/8 inch synthetic wool. The synthetic wool helps hold your arrow tips in place and stops your broad heads from rattiling together keeping them nice and sharp. The top part of the quiver is also lined with 3/8 faux fur, this helps reduce noise and helps protect your arrow shafts.
