Dress Description - 100% brand new tailor-made competition Ballroom Standard dress. Full bodysuit with bra cups & underpants underneath with snap on buttons. The top is made of stretch lyrca and stretch mesh, while the dress is made of elastics silk. Fully decorated with Korean stones on the top part of the dress. Zipper at the back. Neck accessories are included with this model. Please kindly note that all decorations including flower appliques / stone pattern, neck / arm accessories (if any) will vary during production. Our designers will determine how to put them on so as to get the best effect. All of our dresses are hand-made, NOT machine machine, no identical products can be made. Every designer has his / her own style and idea. If you are sensitive regarding those deocrations, please make a plain dress, and we will send you the stones and flower appliques for you to do it on you own. We will not accept any complaints regarding those deocrations. Nothing of them will be altered after the dress is done. Or otherwise, we have nothing suitable for you. Please do not place bid on any of our products. Placing a bid means you have agreed on any possble variations, either mentioned or not mentioned here. No design change. No fabrics changes. It’s because frustration always occurs when the finished dress does not meet your expectations. Other colors are available. You could pick up a main color, then we will match the other component materials for you. Please note not all colors are available all the time. Pls check with us before purhcase. Besides, please note that there might be color variance among materials and on difference screen. Some materials like flower appliques need to be dyed, we will look for the best match. Buyers must accept whatever it will come out .

Ordering Procedures – Please bid on the 'Start Price' or 'Buy-it-now’ price. After the auction has ended, we will send you a measurement chart. Please kindly fill in the chart, your contact information, type of shipping method you prefer and stones / sequins preference. The listed postage and handling charges ALREADY include registered international airmail. But we highly recommand Speedpost which ensures a much securer delivery process and an easier tracking.
Upon a cleared payment, we will start to make the dress. It usually takes 5-7 working days for the production. Please kindly understand it will take much longer right before and after long holidays like X'mas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter, etc. We do not sell to customer from Mainland Payment - We accept Paypal ONLY. All payments must be made within 24 hours after after the end of the auction.
Shipping Time & Cost - We ship to worldwide. Postage and handling charges are standard to all buyers. We will send out the item within 12 working hours after the dress has been done. An email notification will be sent to the buyer after the parcel has been dispatched.

Pls note all possible costs incurred on your side (i.e. local transporation cost during pick up, import taxes, customs duties, etc) will be at buyer's expenses. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase
Return / Refund / Replacement Policy - We will make the dress very carefully, and pack it in a very safe way so as to ensure that customers will receive it in a perfect condition. We do NOT accept returns NOR replacements. Customers should take his or her own risk when they place online orders. Because customers may have requested some alterations to the dancewear which will differ from our original designs showed in the listings. And normally problems rarely happen with our dancewear if the measurements we receive from our customers are correct. If it is only a small problem, for instant the dress length, it will be more economical and efficient to make the alteration with a local tailor at customers’ own expenses. If customers insist to return us the dancewear for alteration, no service charges will be incurred, but all shipping costs will be at customers’ expenses. We would recommend customers to use either registered airmail or Speedpost in order to minimize the risk of losing parcels and save time. So in order to minimize the risk of return, please kindly make sure that you submit us a correct measurement. In case of doubts, you MUST contact us to confirm. Finally if you really hate your dancewear, we would recommend you to re-sell in at some auction sites. We understand that if customers have come to this point, they will be very unhappy and tend to leave us negative feedbacks. We do not like negative feedbacks, so before customers make it, please kindly contact us for further discussion.
Losing parcel -If you do not receive the dress after the above suggested time frame, please kindly write us an email, we will then track the parcel with the local post office. We will keep you informed of the result accordingly, which might take up 2-8 weeks. Since we will send customer the postal receipt (for all registered international airmail, Speedpost, DHL, etc) as a proof that we do fulfill our responsibility of arranging the delivery, it will therefore be the buyer’s responsibility of providing a correct mailing address. And we should not be given a negative feedback in case of losing parcel ! Inquiry -
