Any other components that may come in the manufacturer's original package are not included, unless otherwise stated above. (Example: manuals, cables, software, remotes, ac adaptors, batteries, etc.). Please do not make assumptions prior to placing a bid. All auctions are posted for 3 or 5 days allowing ample time to forward your questions.
Functionality:
Item might appears to be in 'like new' or 'excellent' condition. Item may have been 'open box product' or it may have been briefly used for a short period of time. Item appears to be complete (but we can not be 100% certain) and should perform all intended uses / functions (although we do not test in depth). If the item is electronic in nature we have confirmed that it does power on / boot up, however, we do not have the time or knowledge to test full functionality. As with all liquidation products this is sold "AS IS".

We are not liable for any claims in excess of the auction sale value of the item purchased. Including any liability for products not being available for use. We will not be liable for lost Profits, loss of business or other consequential, Special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised Of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim By any third party except as expressly provided Herein. Our sole liability for any claims, whether Based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for Any loss or damages arising, resulting from, or Connected with the products, and this agreement shall Be limited to the lesser of the actual amount of such Loss or damages or the purchase price paid by customer For the products that are the subject of the claim. In simple words our refund liability will never exceed more than what you paid for the item.
Refund & Return Policy:
In the event an item is listed with incorrect information, the wrong item shipped or damaged during transit, please inform us within 48 Hrs. of receiving package. We will do our best to replace the item with an identical item. If we are unable to replace the item, we will do our best to settle the matter.
Refunds & Returns Policy does not applies on the Items Sold AS IS/UN-TESTED. For items damaged or lost during shipping - we will only issue refund or send the replacement after we settle the claim with shipping company.
Please note we are not responsible for costs incurred for the Return Shipment of an item - for any reason. ie: Damaged during Transit
