This copy of Comic Strips & Comic Books of Radio's Golden Age is a biography of all radio shows based on comics defined as the 1920's through the 1950's.  "The wonderful thing about Radio as it used to be in the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's, is that whoever or whatever you were hearing over the airwaves was your very own visual creation.  It was your imagination that supplied the images of what the people, places and situations you heard looked like.  All radio characters and programs that ever drew life from a comic book or comic strip are collected in this volume."  It contains many hard to find facts, biographical information and rare photographs that make these radio shows come to life. 

This copy is in mint condition.
