Pictured is an all galvanized steel 2-story American Barn building. It can be used as a garage, a workshop with an office, a home, or great horse barn. You are bidding on a brand new custom-sized building including the 9 wide x 7 high sectional garage door but NOT any windows or entry door, but it includes the frame and trim for either a man door or 2-  3x4 windows. Photos with cars are showing a larger center section with mezzanine floor above.

The roofing is 26 gauge pre-painted galvanized steel Classic Rib panels with 26 gauge vertical PBR panels used for the walls. Both have a 45-year paint warranty called “Colorfast45”, the best in the industry. There are new "Energy Star" colors available at no added cost. Check your your local building codes before ordering.

KIT CONTENTS: 

• All galvanized steel framing of 16-11 gauge (not just 20-22 gauge as others use)- columns, rafters, purlins, girts.
• All pre-painted galvanized steel sheeting for roof and walls in all our colors.
• 14' x 30' full 2nd story steel floor which consists of main bearers and joists with detailed engineering for a floor opening for stairs. Customer must add the stairway or drop-down stairs and the plywood for decking.
• 1 - 9' wide x 7' high Clopay steel sectional garage door.
• Galvanized framing for 1 - 3' entry door or 2 - 3' x 4' windows. (we can adjust the frame sizes)
• All long-life (60 year) fasteners (longer-lasting and much stronger than stainless steel) - bolts, brackets, colored screws (no nails), socket for colored screws.
• All matching sealing strips to keep everything out, like mice and bugs.
• All pre-painted galvanized steel flashings, trim, ridge caps, and channel to keep rain out, all with our 45 year-warranty colors.
• All steel anchor bolts along with the drill bit needed to drill into your DRY cement. No glue needed.
• 2 sets of custom and wet-stamped engineered plans for your state, including stamped foundation drawings. No one else provides your custom foundation plans. No need to hire an engineer.
• Detailed instruction manual and DVD included.

We do not use a tubular steel or 2-3" lightweight steel framing members in any of our buildings!! 
Our framing pieces are at least 6", up to a 14" size with higher building codes.

The building will be delivered to your site for FREE. All framing parts are cut and punched as per the plans, ready to be bolted together. The girts and purlins are delivered in the correct sizes and use self-tapping tek screws. The roof and wall sheeting is also cut to size, with minimal trimming required around windows, entry doors, and gable ends. No welding is needed. No crane is needed. No special tools are needed.

You get one of our DVD's and instruction manuals free with your building purchase. We don't make it our business to sell the DVD or instructions. Our multi-faceted manuals explain every possible detail, even what simple tools you'll need before you get started, and the DVD gives assembly instructions and tips.
