This is an antique vintage wind up tin toy cat holding a ball. The cat winds up and the tail flips it over. On the stomach it has, Made in U.S.-Zone Germany.  Kohler. I do not have a key but I used a key for a clock that does not come with it.
 
  It is 3 7/8 inches long, almost 3 1/4 inches wide at widest part, and almost 2 1/4 tall at tallest part.
 
  It is in very good condition. No dents, dings, cracks, chips, holes, stains, and no repairs. little normal surface ware, few light scratches.
 
  S/H to the U.S. is 6.00 dollars.  Worldwide S/H is 15.00 dollars.
