ITEM IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION NEVER GLUED ALL PARTS ARE IN ORGINIAL BOX.BOX IS IN GOOD CONDITION ONE RIP ON LOWER RIGHT CORNER.  THE SIDE ROOF DOES HAVE A PIN BROKE OFF THAT SLIPS IN THE MAIN HOUSE BUT IS NOT NOTICABLE WHEN ASSEMBLED.
