• We can accomodate outside pick ups.  You assume liability for damages incurred in transit. All Pick Ups are paid in cash and Subject to NV sales tax of 8.1%
• Delivery anywhere in Las Vegas- any size order for $140. All Las Vegas Deliveries are subject to sales taxes of 8.1%
• I am sorry but we can not use other people's delivery services unless you pay cash, as per Paypal rules we are responsible for damages caused in transit whether or not you use our service, which is difficult since we can not actually file a claim for reimbursement.
• All furniture ships via a freight carrier class 250 on pallets, we do not overcharge for shipping.
• It takes us a 2 days to prepare your shipment carefully to avoid damage
• We also can not ship it through your freight carriers as our freight carriers leave trailers at our dock doors
• Freight carriers will call you to arrange a suitable delivery-We will need a phone number where you can be reached 9-5.
• Delivery is CURBSIDE. We can arrange inside delivery for an added $140.
• All Freight requires a signature, so someone must be home to accept the delivery.
• All furniture ships insured.
• ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO BE COVERED- SO PLEASE INSPECT UPON ARRIVAL IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER SO IT CAN BE DOCUMENTED BY FREIGHT COMPANY!
• Please examine your shipment immediately, and notify the driver of any obvious damage.  All damages must be reported within a week of receipt. Do not discard damaged items until the claim is verified by the shipping agency.
• Damaged items will be replaced or your full purchase price refunded upon RECEIPT OF FURNITURE IN OUR WAREHOUSE.

Buyer assumes all liability for the use or misuse of this recreational furniture resulting in injury, which of course is very unlikely and has never happened before. Seller, Importers, and manufacturers assume no liability for such injury nor property damage resulting from any and all use of this furniture.

Please consider that all sales are final on auction items, not including any item damaged upon arrival. This is due to the very large freight charges making returning the item inequitable for the buyer, as well as the buyer's inability to package the items as safely as we do. 

If there is any problem with your order, we will work hard with you to resolve it.  Please email us, we don't want to find out about a problem through Ebay's feedback system.
