Columbia Investment and Real Estate Company $1,000 Gold Bond. This Bond has been engraved by the company listed at 1133 Broadway in New York City.. The Bond was issued in 1905. Payable with interest on or before October, 1915. It is hand signed by two corporate officers. It has a vignette of a sunburst. Green ornate border. It measures 13 1/2" x 10" and has been folded twice. Excellent condition. Also present is a telegram on what appears to be a lined company form from the bond holder transmitting “The Bonds of the C Real Estate Co to the Bond Holders Committee $1775” and requesting receipt for same. Excellent condition. One fold. Please see my other auctions for more certificates.
