Okay, I don't know what this is...a gray camouflage hat or helmet cover is the best I can come up with.
 
It looks new and looks to fit a bike helmet but maybe some of you great hunters and sportsmans out there KNOW what this is. Since I don't know I'm selling it super cheap. I have a green camo one for sale also. I guess it can be used for anything it fits over?!?
