If the heading states "STATE??" please help. If you are sure where the patch is from please e-mail me through eBay with the ebay number of the unknown patch (or ebay link) so I can have the info to update (if someone has put a bid on the patch I am unable to change the heading) much appreciated.

Payment:

 Paypal AND other common options available ( please email me through ebay for more ino) Please pay for items purchased within 10 days. Seller reserves the right to sell patches to the next highest bidder not paid for within 15 days of the end of auction. If you are going to make more than one purchase wait until you are done bidding because I sent out invoices at the end of each auction period. I will only send one (1) reminder to pay. Buyers not paying for their purchases within 15 days of end of auction will be prohibited from bidding on any future actions. No exceptions.

Shipping:

Worldwide (anywhere on the planet) $4.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item.

 A majority of my buyers pay only between $4.00 and $5.00  for each of  their patches even after paying shipping which is very reasonable.

 Shipping discounts only apply to auctions that end within a three day period  along with the buyer to who makes a payment for all patches that day as well.

Many of these patches are worth more than five dollars and I am listing them starting at .99 cents or less to save both myself and the buyer money. I have traveled countless miles all over the USA to obtain these patches and if I had to charge for my true expenses to obtain them, the cost per patch would be too much for buyers to buy.

 Buyers not paying for the full amount of purchase and shipping will promptly get a refund. Please make sure that EBAY has your correct mailing address because I am getting some patches returned because the post office cannot locate the buyer. I am not responsible for lost mail

Normally I will not re-list a patch that does not sell, but at someone's request I will gladly re-list it. please send me the EBAY number of the patch that does not sell to speed up the process.
