When the Thomas Kinkade Portland Gallery closed I bought their inventory which included this and a number of other Disney paintings.

The painting is shown in the Brandy frame but is also available in Burl, Dark Walnut, Antique Gold and Oak Gold. The painting comes with the original certificate of authenticity and name plate.

The Burl frame was by far the most popular frame in the gallery . 7 out of 10 people who bought a painting also chose the burl. What makes it nice is that you just don't notice this frame as much as you do the others. It tends to focus your attention on the painting and enhances the brighter colors. This is one reason I used this frame so often in display photographs.

The Dark Walnut frame was the second most popular in the gallery. It does extremely well on the landscape paintings and is impressive because of its size. It adds 12 inches to each dimension and is the largest frame offered.

The Brandy Frame is popular because the red in the frame will bring out the reds in the painting. This frame does very well on the cottage pictures or anything with lots of flowers.

The Antique Gold frame is a classic. This frame has always been offered in the galleries and is chosen not because of how it affects the painting but based on the decor of the room it will hang inside. The neutral color of the Antique Gold frame makes it a good choice in rooms where a darker frame will clash with the rest of your decor.

The Oak Gold frame is a special order frame that is not offered by the Thomas Kinkade Company. We decided to carry it for variety. It is the exact same frame as the Dark Walnut but is given an oak stain instead of the darker walnut stain. If a dark frame won't do and the gold is just to bright then the Oak Gold will be a good option.
