RETURNS

Defective items:   Please inspect/test items upon receipt. Non-functioning/Non-inclusion issues must be reported in within 5 days.  Items that are covered by manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned to manufacturer after 5 days.

Compatability:  

A  product that is incompatible with certain hardware/software components is not necessarily "defective". Products must be in their original condition including manuals, accessories and packaging to receive refund/credit 

Products damaged during shipment will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Working/Functional items

which are returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Depends on condition of packaging/item) Products with a manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to manufacturer for service/refund.  Items which are lost during the return process will not be refunded.  It is recommended that insurance be purchased for all returns.
