New with tags Just My Size Ruffled Stretch Smock Top, size 2X 18/20W.  Very nice!

Top is navy blue in color, with slightly lower cut rounded collar trimmed with gathered ruffled pleats from the shoulders down through just above the chest. Adds a very nice appearance that goes great with a nice pair of jeans whether casually or for less formal dress. 1/2 length sleeves, nice for the fall and spring. Fits loosely at the waist, and is a slightly larger size 2X for loose, comfortable wearing, also with a nice stretch for a geat fit. 96% cotton 4% spandex.

Measurements:

20" across shoulder to shoulder, 52" around both the chest and waist, 28" in full length shoulder to hem.

Nice top for casual wearing or for less formal dress.  Pretty style and very comfortable, with a very nice fit.
