This is a size 9 skirt by NEXT with the adjustable waist, two front and rear pockets, snap and zip front closure and a lovely tiered and flared skirt that hangs longer in the back.  The skirt has silver and blue embroidery as accents on the front and on the rear pocket.  I am including a sleeveless tank top size 10/12 by 725 Originals, my daughter always chose this top to wear with the skirt.  This outfit is in EUC.
