For all the Blues fans - NOW 12 DISC TOTAL ! (25+ hours) 1) I've now added the first game of the Norris final v Toronto from 5/3/93 (Cujo-Gilmour in OT you recall ?). 2 hrs. 2) 1996 conference semi finals v Detroit (Gretzky, Keenan, Hull, Corson, Casey vs. Bowman, Yzerman ....... a great series) - the hour long hi lites of this 7 game series. Also Brett Hull's "Beyond the Glory" episode plus his retirement special with his milestone goals and "In My Own Words" episode ........... the '68 Stanley Cup Final film ........ a few minutes of game broadcast hilights from 1969 vs. the North Stars .......... the '69 Cup Finals film ............ Feb. '79 at NY Rangers, Steve Durbano gets whacky with Nick Fotiu. 3hrs. 3) STL @ TOR on Jan 30, 1967, a game rebroadcast of old time hockey. The entire game with Scotty Bowman as the studio guest telling tales from the first season as a Blues coach. The telecast is in b/w, the Blues wear their initial white road jersey & blue helmets. But Glenn Hall was absent to attend his dad's funeral that night and the Leafs pounce the Blues on New Years Eve night. The Plager brothers, Picard, Berenson & Bowman are all here. The earliest game telecast available for the STL franchise that I know of. Also included, a Scotty Bowman profile documentary since he is the studio guest on the game rebroadcast ....... his combined commentary on both gives a complete history of his time spent with the Blues - and a silly clip of Eddie Shack being chased by Plager (1974) 3 hrs. Federko, Sutter, Liut and other members of the Blues created lot's of excitement during the 80's. I'm offering a few examples with the following games : 4-8) 3/12/80 Blues v Maple Leafs 4/14/81 Penguins v Blues (Crombeen game) 1/8/82 Blues v Colorado Rockies 5/12/86 Flames v Blues (Dan Kelly calls the Monday Night Miracle) 12/30/86 Bruins v Blues (from a VHS copy) 9) 1987 Canada Cup final between the host Canada v Russia on dvd - NOW ALL THREE GAMES INCLUDED ALL Dan Kelly broadcast. A classic SERIES FINAL from the 80's, some say the best action from that generation of international hockey. 10) Blues @ Flyers from 10/25/84 (those awful Ornest jersey's) with Dan Kelly on the play by play. From a VHS tape, but watchable. NO OTHER ebay seller of NHL games offers this much material for such a low price. See my ebay for other terrific old time game broadcast footage and NHL game pucks.
