THIS BOOK IS IN REMARKABLE CONDITION.   THE RED HARDCOVER IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, WITH MINIMAL SHELFWEAR ALONG THE EDGES AND SPINE.  THE SPINE IS STRONG AND INTACT WITH MINOR CREASING AND MOSTLY FADED TOP AND BOTTOM.  THE INSIDE PAGES ARE IN PRISTINE CONDITION WITH FABULOUS RECIPES.  I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY WRITING OR STAINS IN THIS BOOK EXCEPT FOR PAGE 170, WHERE THERE WAS A NEWSPAPER ARTICLE FOLDED INSIDE AND IT STAINED THE PAGES.  THERE IS A TINY TEAR ON THE INSIDE PAGE 3RD PAGE ON THE BOTTOM.   THERE IS NO WRITING THAT I HAVE SEEN. 
 
I HAVE SOLD MANY OF THESE BOOKS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST COPY I HAVE HAD!
