You get 4 buttons:  "Hey It's Fred", "I'm a sweet pickle", "Don't be a sour pickle" & "I need my medication" and 2 wristbands one with "Don't be a sour pickle" and the other says "Fred" and has his picture and also 2 keychains "OMG!" & "I need my medication".

Great to keep for yourself, stocking stuffers or give as 8 seperate gifts to all your friends.
