NWT 2T Fancy Red Ruffles + Lace Christmas Pageant Dress

my photo does absolutely no  justice to this dress, ALSO the red came out rather dull in the photo however it is a pretty red and by far not dull at all

Top of shoulder to bottom 18"

65% polyester and 35% cotton

comes with a stretchy hair band with a red bow which is attached to the dress front (see photo). Also comes with elastic waistband bloomers/pantaloo with a satiny ribbon heam and a little flower on each side of the legs which the sleeves is the same way.The dress itself has satiny ribbon heams with 3 little bows on the front in the same satin ribbon, white lace at the bottom, and a white with lace front neck (see photo). I don't know much about pageants but this dress may even be suitable for a pageant.
