How do I order?
Ordering is simple - Fill out the order form at www.prophotocards.com to provide information and photos. You will not be obligated to pay until you approve a proof.
How long will it take for me to receive a proof?
Proof samples are emailed within 24 hours of receipt of order. You may make as many changes as you wish to your proof and will continue to receive proofs until you are satisfied. At that time, payment is requested.
Customizing (included free with your order):
Can I change the layout of a sample by adding or removing extra photos or embellishments?
Yes! Be sure to include that information on your order form.
Can I choose to use a different font or color?
Yes! You will have a wide variety of fonts and colors to choose from on the order form.
Can I use a sample from any gallery for my cards (eg. Wedding sample for a birthday invite)?
Yes! Be sure to include that information on your order form.
Can you incorporate a specific theme, character or pattern into my cards?
Yes! Send your theme, character or pattern information or photo along with your order to have this personalized into your order.
Payment:
What types of payment are accepted?
Credit cards and Paypal are the accepted methods of payment at this time.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon approval of your proof – You will be invoiced or emailed regarding the amount owing with instructions to pay.
Shipping:
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will arrive at your door within 1 week of payment within the United States. Canada delivery varies but is typically 10 days.
How much is shipping?

Digital Files:
How do I receive and print my digital file?
Upon approval, you will be sent a high quality jpg file. Save this file to your home computer by opening the file and saving as you would a regular photo. Print from home with your own printer, or use the file to give to your regular photo developer for printing either via uploading on the internet or downloading to a disk and taking it to them. You are able to print unlimited quantities of your cards in this manner.
Card Options:
What is the difference between the flat photo cards (option1) and the folded photo cards (option2)?
The flat cards are printed on high quality lab printed photo paper, available in luster (matte) or glossy, and is one sided. The folded is printed on press printed card stock and can have designs on all four sides of the card. Please note that there is an additional $10 per side design charge if you would like anything other than plain typed messages on any of the sides.
What size do you recommend?
For cards that accommodate more than 3 photos, we recommend you choose the 5x7 size, but both the 4x6 and 5x7 work well for all cards.
Do envelopes come with my order?
Yes, envelopes come with option 1 orders.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 25 cards. This is due to the costs involved using a high end quality professional lab. Cards are printed at a very high quality and not off a home printer. (Please note option 1 cards are sold in sets of 5’s and option 2 are sold in sets of 25’s.)

I notice the samples are a bit fuzzy and hard to see, how will my cards look?
Your order will be of high quality 300 dpi resolution, crisp and clear. The samples are set to a low resolution for the web.
