This is a brand new Leapster game still factory sealed.  It's a great game.  We have a duplicate.  My five-year old is a big Star Wars fan and has a great time with this.  He just started kindergarten, and this game has put him ahead of his class in math...and he just thinks he's having fun!  ;-)
