Because we deal with a mass volume of plants on a weekly basis, sometimes proper care is not given to any particular orchid.  We do not like to throw out plants and would rather send it to a home which could give it better care and nuture it back to health.  We can ship out a rescue orchid for FREE**

• We ship via USPS Priority (2-3 business days). 

• We package our blooming and nonblooming orchids with great care and lots of protection using recycled newspaper.

• We are NOT held responsible or liable for any damage during shipping or loss of a bloom. 

• We can GUARANTEE a great plant with cared packaging.

• 100% of our orchids are US GROWN ONLY and come from reputable commercial growers

PAYMENT POLICY

• We accept Visa/MC and Paypal payments only

• PAYMENT is due NO LATER than 5 days after the end of auction. . 

• Credit card payments may be made over the phone if you choose not to use paypal.

• Items won within a week are eligible for COMBINED SHIPPING.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We combine shipping on most multiple orders.

• We ship Mon, Tues, and sometimes Wed.

• SAVE 50% or more off multiple orders!

• Pay the highest shipping amount of whichever orchids you win

• Each additional is just 50% off or more from regular Shipping cost ($8.95 = $4.00 / $7.95 = $3.50 / $6.95 = $3.00 etc.)

• We DO NOT ship to Hawaii or Internationally
  

        REFUND/EXCHANGES POLICY

• We do not offer exchanges for plants.

• Due to possible pest infestation into our greenhouse (scale, spider mites, aphids, etc), we cannot take plants back.  

• Although we cannot guarantee damage caused by USPS, we back up our plants 100%.  If you receive an item that is damaged, please email me.   We require you to submit 2-3 photos within 3 days of receiving your item.  We will evaluate damages accordingly.

    
Our plants are packaged with great care.  Plants are shipped Monday, Tues and sometimes Wed. (after receipt of payment) via USPS Priority Mail. If payment is made on a Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat or Sunday, the plant(s) will ship on Monday.  If payment is made on Monday the plant(s) will ship on Tuesday.  We like our plants to be received during the week and not sit in a warehouse over the weekend.  Remember Priority Mail is not “guaranteed” to arrive at a specific time, and we do not insure plants if they’re lost or arrive late. We sell and ship the finest plants in excellent condition and cannot be held liable for shipping delays/issues.
