I’m helping my father in-law sell some of his Die-Cast car Collection which dates back to the 1990’s. These have only been carefully displayed and never played with. It will include many NASCAR, Danbury Mint, Franklin Mint, and many, MANY others all in 1/24 scale. They are all in perfect, Mint Condition unless specifically indicated. Some of the most inexpensive cars still sold for $10-$20 and up (some sold for $100 and more) and were purchased in stores like Wal-Mart, Target and the like and these should make excellent Christmas gifts for kids of all ages in today’s economy. Others have been purchased through the internet, for the more expensive items. The younger kids can obviously play with the cars as they come but some of these are still cars with “collector’s value” depending on the driver’s, sponsors, years, makes and brands and will be beautiful in displays on just on a shelf. This is an excellent chance to get the kids into a very fun hobby.
