General TERMS:
· Please note that items are sold on multiple sites, as well as in local want ads. Although we do our best to update our inventory, there are rare occasions where buyers purchase items which have ran out of stock. We will notify/refund buyers ASAP (usually within 24-36 hrs) should this occur.
· Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. We will gladly ship a replacement item should an issue arise.
· Customer should inspect items on receipt. Any claim of damage or non-inclusion of items after 5 days will not be recognized. After that, buyer needs to contact manufacturer for warranty service.
· We reserve the right to correct typos/errors in listings and prices- Just as all retailers state in their Sunday mailers. Thus, if shipping and/or price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel sales.
Shipping:
· Please see handling time of each item in shipping details. Please note that estimated time could be less or more than actual due to various factors including sales volume, carrier transit time, and item availability. As I personally do all of our shipping, there are occasions when handling takes a few days. In the event of a long delay, I will contact/update buyers as to status as much as possible.
Shipping Locations:
· We will ship to US, Canada, the UK, and several other Western European Countries. All others inquire. Unfortunately, due to the growing fraud abroad, we generally will no longer ship anything over 150.00 anywhere else but the above stated countries. Countries we WILL NOT ship to under any circumstances:
Anywhere in Africa
Pakistan, Iraq/Iran
Colombia, Venezuela, Peru
Indonesia
· Buyer Acknowledges that shipper’s obligation ends once SHIPMENTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
· Items will ship ONLY to listed pay pal address. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
RETURNS
· Please contact us prior to returning items
· Working items which are returned may be subject to a 15% restock free. This will depend on the condition of product and if must be resold as used (badly torn packaging, etc)
· Products with a manufacturer’s warranty must be returned to manufacturer for service/refund. Items which are lost during the return process will not be refunded.
· It is recommended that insurance be purchased for all returns
FEEDBACK:
· Please contact us if there is a reason you are unable to leave 5* feedback. As a very busy ebay seller AND full-time High School Teacher, I do make mistakes occasionally. We ask that concerns are directed to us so that we are given a chance to correct what we can.
· Negative Feedback will be interpreted as an end to negotiations on the part of the buyer
· Please note that attempts by buyers to get around our sales policies will be reported to eBay as feedback manipulation. Please be sure that you are able to comply with our terms and conditions before placing a bid/making purchase.
· Please note that WE realize that the majority of buyers are honest. However, as more and more buyers have begun to threaten/leave negative feedback either out of confusion—or in the effort to gain special treatment—we felt it was necessary to revise our sales policies so that they are clear to buyers. We have also decided to take a more active role in combating feedback extortion, which has occurred on more than one occasion. |
