This is a new, medium oiled leather Western breast collar and matching headstall by Billy Cook. Collar and headstall are narrow and made of plain, quality leather. Headstall is 5/8 inches wide and stitched. The piece that fits over the ear is rolled and stitched. Breast Collar is 2 and 1/2 inches wide tapering to 2 and 1/4 inches toward the outer edge. Both are completely lined with leather and stitched except for the straps to attack breast collar to saddle and the strap that attached to the girth.

Leather is in good, supple condition. Breast collar and headstall are very well constructed and sturdy. All stitching is well done showing quality craftsmanship. On the leather behind the center ring of breast collar is tooled ""12900" and "BILLY COOK MAKER U.S.A. GENUINE SULPHUR, OK.". On back of the girth strap is written letters for store inventory reference.

Headstall has the Billy Cook tag and "Billy Cook Maker" written on the back of one cheek piece along with a small inventory number. It has one buckle adjustments. Latigo tie strips are available for attaching the bit.

New condition with couple of light scuffs from being handled. Beautifully constructed with quality thick leather, nice hardware, and good stitching. Retail price is $149 for both pieces.
