SHIPPING:

All buyers who have time constraints (or need their item "ASAP" ) , must select the Premium shipping option ( this is the more expensive option on the menu -- "OTHER")  -- Otherwise, you have kept the default Snail Mail, and have decided time does not matter to you.

Buyers intending to ask about a tracking number need to select the premium shipping option ( this is the more expensive option on the menu -- "OTHER")  --otherwise no need to inquire about tracking NR: -- you have refused it.

CHECKOUT:

If you only bought one item, or several lots of the same item number, then you can complete Automated Checkout. eBay usually calculates the total correctly.
If you have multiple item numbers in your basket, then requesting total from seller is advantageous, as it will often result in lower combined S&H.

I can only ship to your Paypal confirmed and verified address.
Do not ask for shipment to a different address. Change your address in Paypal before transacting if you need alternate destination.
Do not provide a shipping address in an email. YOUR ITEM WILL STILL GO TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS.  This is eBay policy. 
If your name with eBay is different than your name in Paypal, this may cause a delay in processing your order.

EMAIL

You will receive my confirmation emails from eBay and Paypal.  When you get the Paypal shipping confirmation, your item has shipped. This is all the email you will get.  I focus my work on carefully packing and protecting parts in ESD-safe ways,  NOT on spamming everybody with redundant emails.  Reading all emails from eBay and Paypal, will provide an answer to the question "did you ship my item?" 
Check your SPAM folder to make sure you have read all emails from eBay and Paypal;  they are sent on MY behalf, with information I provide.

Each member is responsible to maintain a valid and DELIVERABLE email address with eBay at all times.  You must disable all filters for this mailbox, since recipient is legally responsible for any mail he missed due to filtering, as recipient is in control of that filtering.
If your mailbox is refusing, filtering or otherwise interfering with email sent to you, I will not re-attempt sending, nor will I jump through hoops to get mail to you.   The foregoing is eBay policy.

COMBINED S&H

I will combine winnings for up to 7 days, contact me if you need more time.
Item with highest S&H pays its full S&H. Additional lots of SAME item Number have S&H discounted 60-90% .  Additional lots of a DIFFERENT item number have their S&H discounted 50-70%. Heavy items like transformers, motors, ferrites, are an exception to this.
To COMBINE, you must make a SINGLE PAYMENT. You must ignore all invoices you get, (7 days max) and request total by clicking on the "Request total from seller" link in eBay checkout or in "My eBay" - "Won" drop-down menus.  This is the only way I can give you best discounts.
Making multiple payment prevents combining orders.

I DO NOT SHIP TO RUSSIA OR EASTERN EUROPE EXCEPT BY PRIOR AGREEMENT AND INSURED MAIL

International delivery can sometimes experience long delays ( 4 weeks and more ), which are obviously NOT under my control.  Every case is different, one item can take 2 days another 2 months. Customs inspections can cause unexplained delays.  If this is unacceptable to you, then  I officially cannot and do not ship internationally.

International shipments over $35 total require INSURANCE, and that means REGISTERED  AirMail, ( + $14 additional ). This is my actual cost, not a surcharge . Must choose "OTHER" shipping option at checkout, or your payment will be refunded.  Paypal REQUIRES tracked shipping, and this is the minimal option acceptable to Paypal.
