Operating Condition:

All information is properly displayed when batteries are first installed.  After a few seconds, the boat moves across the screen waiting for additional input.  I no longer have the Schwinn Windrigger to test it on. 

Cosmetic Condition:

It is in excellent condition.  I never installed it on my Windrigger because I don’t use electronic displays.

Packing:

All items will be wrapped in packing material, and placed in a box.  It will be packed tightly to ensure nothing moves around in the box.  This box will be placed in another box with additional packing material to ensure safe arrival.

I have purchased many items on eBay, and have been disappointed with the lack of packing effort by some sellers.  I want to ensure you don’t experience that.
