Shipping
Some of our items are shipped directly from our distributor's warehouse. By having this process, we get to expedite shipping and keep our prices low.
We use calculated shipping on most of are items, you pay what it actually cost to have the item shipped to your location. We also offer combined shipping, please ensure that you pay only after you have purchased all items to apply shipping discounts.
Domestic items will be shipped within 1 day of payment. International and items to AK, HI or PR may take up to 5 days to be shipped after payment (depending on the item).
The shipping service you choose will determine how soon the carrier delivers your package. Within that choice we'll pick the carrier that offers the fastest delivery time. Delivery time given by a carrier is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. All international delivery times depend upon the package clearing customs.
Our shipping costs include postage charges and shipping materials.
Terms of Sale
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will email within 48 hours an Authorization # -RMA. All returns and exchanges need a RMA prior to shipping packages back to us. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA, no exceptions.
EXCHANGES
If your item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for the right size. Once you contact us, you'll receive a RMA, instructions, a return label and an invoice for shipping the exchange to you. Your exchange will ship once the returned item is received and shipping charges paid. If no other size is available a refund will be issued for the item price.
RETURNS
If after initial inspection you are not happy with quality, materials or workmanship, you may return it. All returns must be in unused condition with all labels, tags and original packaging. Once you contact us, you'll receive a RMA and complete instructions for the return. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
WARRANTY
Items that offer a warranty have a limited lifetime warranty. If the product fails within the lifetime of the original purchaser it will be repaired or replaced free. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, acidents, ordinary wear and tear, or alterations to the product. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product.
Shipping charges for returns, exchanges and warranty are the sole responsability of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
