• Items ship either UPS Ground or USPS.
• It is the responbility of the customer to provide both street address and PO Box with payment.
  
• UPS adds surcharges for rural residential areas - shipping to rural residential zip codes may ship USPS.
• UPS Does not ship to PO BOXES or APO Boxes.
• UPS automatically insures packages up to $100.00.      Shipping rate includes insurance.
• We can not guarantee arrival times and not responsible for Carrier miss-ship or delay in shipping item.
• International customers, always allow additional time to receive items due to distance, customs and local postal delivery.

DAMAGE/NON-WORKING PARTS

• We've been shipping items across the country for over 15 years but even with our experience, damage does happen.
• Some of our items are delicate and fragile - if damage occurs, just let us know.
• Email us with what is wrong with item and we will replace item.
• All damage and non-working parts claims must be emailed within 24 hours of signature delivery.
• We do not refund for damaged items - replacement item or parts are shipped.
  

 REFUND POLICY

• Refunds accepted on item product price when customer returns item within 7 days of receipt.
  
• Shipping to and from customer is not refundable.
• 20% restocking fee on the grand total of the item.
  
• Customer must contact us prior to returning.
  
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
  

• CHANGE OF ADDRESS:  No address changes after payment is made.  PayPal only insures sellers payments when item is shipped to address in payment.
