Shipping Policy

Pro-factory will normally ship out the item within 5 business days after the payment is made by customer.

Item Return Policy

You (customer) should notify product damage within 24 hours of receipt to us for shipping damage claims. At the same time, we suggest you should file a claim to local delivery company as well.

Dead-On-Arrival items claimed by customer will be arranged for same item replacement. Customer should email to us within 7 days of receipt first for replacement arrangement.

Customer may return it for a replacement of the same items. Customers are responsible to all the return shipping cost.
