This lamp appears to be an oriental floral print and it is made of glass. The shade, however, is plastic and removeable. The lamp stands 20" high and is 20" round at its widest point. It has a gold trim. Although, I don't believe it is real gold. There are no markings of any kind, so I cannot tell you the manufacturer.
