This is a complete finished model of a Boothbay type lobster boat. The model is about 40" long.

The model is built almost entirely of aircraft quality birch plywood frames, keel, superstructure, and sheathing. There is very little balsa in the boat. Hobby Poxy Formula II epoxy was used to build it, and all unpainted wood has been coated with epoxy. It is fair to say that the model will last forever with this type of construction. 

Included are a Pittman/Dumas model 2004 motor and a Futaba motor speed control. No other electronics are included. The stand is included. The model is several years old with a few light scratches but it is in excellent structural shape.

All this boat needs is a remote control and a chip set.

This boat is part of a large model boat collection and as such as been well maintained.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Actual shipping costs to be determined at end of auction.
