| UV Exposure
Unit is an important tool in screen printing.
The 20"x24" table top exposure unit is built
of extruded aluminum and is undoubtedly one of the best built units on
the market. With this unit you are able to burn crisp images and bring a
professional look to your screen printing shop. The built in automatic
timer helps prevent over exposing
working principle:
screen printing screens are coated with a light sensitive emulsion using
a scoop coater.When the screen is dry, place a positive print of your
image on the screen. Once you burn the screen, the emulsion that did not
get any UV will wash out of the screen exposing the tiny pin holes. The
surrounding areas that was exposed to UV will be cured. Hence the ink
will pass through and onto your substrate |

*Screen thread means mesh
number of each square inch. English unit of screen thread is T (Thread).
*Thread general means the
degree of density between silk. The higher the thread, the silk is more
closely and the mesh is smaller. Conversely, the lower the thread, the
silk is sparser, and the mesh is larger. Such as the 180 threads, it
means there are 180 net wires in one inch. The smaller the mesh, the
worse ink can through it. The larger the mesh, the better ink can
through it.
*When selecting, you can
choose screen of different threads according to accuracy of the
printer.You should choose screen of different thread when using
different ink or color sizing. Commonly, when using color sizing, gold
blocking slurry and flocking slurry, you should use screen below 80
threads. When using ink, you should use screen above 120 threads.

Emulsion solvent-based diazonium photogelatin |
Using
method:
1. Prepare Composition of photogelatin:
photogelatin1000g+ diazonium photosensitizer
8-10g+water 50-100ml.
2. Process
1)Pour 8-10g diazonium photosensitizer powder into 50-100ml water;
2) Mix them into liquid;
3) Pour the diazonium photosensitizer into 1000g
photogelatin and mix them;
4) Use it after 2-3 hours.
Attenton:
Please prepare the photogelatin in dark environment
or under red light. Operating under sunlight is
forbidden. |
