Tested lapel tie-clip mic microphone as good as ATR35s

These Sakar lavalier microphones were bought from Beach Camera about a year ago and used for one job. They are like new. They work perfectly. The specs and performance on these are similar to the Audio Technica ATR35S, that's why I bought them. They were out of the ATR35S and Beach Camera recommended the Sakars. Like the Audio Technicas the Sakars are self-powered condensers which gives them good pick-up & presence. Other lavaliers on eBay sell for less but they are usually inferior quality and build. No self-power, and no 20' cord.
