Any unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards your next order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders returned must be unopened, in original and undamaged condition and include a RMA number from us. Orders returned for a refund will be processed in 7-10 business days and refunded in the method that it was paid for.
All items returned must be accompanied with a return policy number, this number can be obtained from our customer service or email us for a return policy number before returning the items back to us.
We will ship out our products via UPS Ground within continental U.S. (Excludes HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc.) We offer next day, 2 day and 3 day shipping options based on actual shipping charges, please contact us if you would like to use any of these shipping options. The transit time for UPS Ground typically takes 1-6 business days. We will be able to provide you with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
Most orders received before 2:00 PST are shipped the same business day, our normal processing time is between one to three business days. Orders received during the weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. If there is a delay on your order, either out of stock or verifications, we will contact the customer immediately.

All our toner cartridges undergo extensive test and required to meet high quality standards before they are packaged and sent to the customers. Some parts are replaced with new parts in our standard remanufactured cartridges, while most parts are replaced with our premium remanufactured cartridges. New Drums are used in our premium remanufactured cartridges to ensure it meets and exceed oem quality standards.
In both our standard and premium remanufactured cartridges, the plastic casing is always reused to prevent creating more waste to the environment.

Warranty: Defective merchandise (Dead On Arrival ~ DOA) can be returned for "replacement only" within 10 days of purchase. If a replacement item is not available than a refund of the purchase price of the product. Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA numberprior to returning the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for returning the item in it's exact original condition, including all packaging, accessories and manuals.
