You are now watching a set of Fujinon (16x40) Stabiscope Gyro Stabilized Binoculars in a very good condition. First of all I want you to know that the gyro motor is defect, because this is a consumer product/part. 
You have to spend approx. $1.200 for a brand new gyro. The binoculars has been used very carefully and professionally. If you need information about repairing, then please let me know. Accessories, like the waterproof hardcase, power supply with ac regulator e.g. are included. There's actually no missing parts at all and nothing else wrong with the binoculars. I can guarantee you that. It has been tested recently.
